This is NOT a physical product. This listing is for a downloadable PDF file of our Wild Lavender soap recipe.
This soap was a main product line soap for years and is a proven bestseller! We also have a YouTube "making of" video for this recipe.
This soap recipe is all-natural, vegan, and palm-oil free!
Wild Lavender is a woodsy twist on a classic lavender soap and is our most requested scent blend! I know a lot of you will be happy that this recipe is finally available. :) This soap is made with coconut milk for an amazingly creamy and gentle lather and is exfoliating, due to the sandalwood powder.
This recipe is great for an advanced beginner that wants to try working with a slightly accelerating essential oil. Fir needle can accelerate, which is why we categorize this recipe as beginner/intermediate.
This is a comprehensive 11-page PDF download, which includes a one-page quick recipe that you can easily print and a full step-by-step instruction guide. We also include the recipe calculator from soapcalc.net.
Please note that this is a beginner/intermediate recipe and is not intended for a brand new soapmaker! Do not purchase unless you're confident that you can do the following:
- make and use a 50/50 lye-water solution (instructions included)
- use additional liquids (coconut milk)
- work with accelerating essential oils
Essential oils used in this recipe:
- lavender, fir needle, patchouli, juniper berry
If you've made soap before, you shouldn't have any trouble following the instructions, even if you've never made a 50/50 lye-water solution. We walk you through all the steps but having a few batches under your belt will definitely benefit you!
This recipe is the exact recipe we use to make our Wild Lavender soap that has been part of our main product line for years. Since we won't be making it very often, we've decided to share it with all of you!
You may NOT share or re-sell this recipe PDF. You are welcome to make and sell the soap you make from this recipe, with credit to Muddy Mint. You may also call your soap Wild Lavender and let people know that it's the same soap we used to make!
