Hi there! Please read before you send me a message. :)

I'd love to hear from you, but I get a LOT of messages and it's just me replying. I often get really behind. Please send me a message if you have an issue with your order, have a question about a recipe you purchased, accidentally purchased a duplicate recipe, or anything related to your purchases here at Muddy Mint. If you have questions related to my books, you are welcome to message me as well. I also love hearing your stories and kind messages (and I read every single one!), but sometimes those take me longer to respond to as they require more thought on my part when I reply. 

Please do not send solicitations or general messages about soapmaking. I love to help, but there are just too many questions, so I can only respond to those related specifically to our recipes. If you need help, check out our YouTube videos or our Facebook group (it's easy to join!). My books also have a ton of information and sometimes it just requires a little extra reading. Minimalist Soapmaking has a troubleshooting section at the end of the book. I will also be putting together an FAQ soon (I hope!). 

If you've messaged me and haven't heard back, it's probably just because I am behind. It doesn't usually help to send another message. :) So, if you can be patient, or do a little digging, or ask in the Facebook group, that's normally the best course of action. Anything related to issues when purchasing a recipe (like not finding your download, etc) are usually responded to asap. Thanks for understanding!
