- update the information in the ORANGE boxes ONLY! The rest of the tables are automatically updated.
- there are four downloads available:
- the file is available in .xlsx and .ods
- the file is available in ounces/lbs and grams/kg. If you use a different currency, you'll need to update this in the spreadsheet.
- it's possible there are errors in the spreadsheet. This is a free resource, so please correct errors on your own and I hope you find this download valuable!
